Edible art with cakes

Learn cake icing and decorating techniques; using a real cake you will layer, fill, fondant ice then create sugarcraft decorations to adorn your cake.

During the hands on workshop you will pick up tips and tricks from an accomplished pastry chef with nine years’ experience.

Join Tanya from Decorada for a four hour class and decorate to your hearts content as she takes you through all of the steps, sharing insight as she goes.

Once finished, you will get to take your 6″ round cake home with you.

  • Mini cutters, moulds or sugar craft equipment that you already have at home and would like to learn how to use
