Click Happy with Your Phone: Creative Wellbeing in Your pocket!

Mandi Lynn

We’ve all heard stories about how bad cell phones are for our mental health, so wellbeing in a cell phone may seem like a strange concept!

Taught by a past winner of New Zealand’s Creative Photographer of the Year who also happens to be a holistic youth worker and TEDx speaker, this course will help you unpack the deeper menus in your phone so you can take over creative control and have a better mastery of capturing your surroundings. Combining the practical with the introspective, Mandi Lynn will be incorporating an intro to HeArtivism, an award-winning philosophy of wellbeing that helps you to identify what is keeping you from doing your best creative work.

You will have the opportunity to take photographs, receive constructive feedback, learn how to change exposure confidently, and gain a deeper understanding of manual phone settings. Most importantly, you’ll be able to identify areas where your creativity could be being blocked and be given tips on how to self-correct.

Class is suitable for ages 10+
